LCD Display Vacuum Drying Oven
Introduction
The vacuum environment significantly lowers the boiling point of the liquid to be expelled, so that vacuum drying can easily be applied to heat-sensitive substances;
For samples that are not easily dried, such as powders or granular samples, the use of vacuum drying methods can be effective in reducing drying times;
The use of vacuum drying methods for a variety of complexly constructed mechanical components or other porous samples which have been cleaned and then completely dried without leaving any participating material;
The complete elimination of the possibility of thermal explosion of oxides under vacuum or inert conditions;
Powdered samples are not blown or moved by flowing air compared to normal drying which relies on air circulation.
Main Features
Heating element located under the internal partition of the chamber compared to traditional vacuum drying ovens to shorten the heating time by 50% (except for 6050, 6050B, 6051).
Large screen LCD display, multiple groups of data displayed on one screen, menu type operation interface, simple and easy to understand, easy to operate.
Aluminium shelves stamped with a special process, with high temperature non-oxidation and fast heat conduction. Minimising the loss of heat.
Rectangular studio, making the effective volume reasonable, microcomputer temperature controller, precise and reliable temperature control.
toughened bullet-proof double-glazed door to observe objects in the working chamber at a glance and the ability to fill the interior with inert gas.
The door is fully adjustable by the user, and the silicone rubber door seal ensures a high vacuum level inside the chamber.
The working chamber is made of stainless steel plates and the chamber shell is manufactured from high quality cold rolled steel plates with electrostatic spraying on the surface.
Storage, heating, testing and drying are all carried out in an oxygen-free or inert gas-filled environment, which does not lead to oxidation.
