High-temperature and high-pressure thermal catalytic evaluation system is a set of reaction instruments used to complete the evaluation and screening of catalyst activity, applicable to gas, liquid or gas-liquid simultaneous feeding; gas-solid, liquid-solid, gas-liquid-solid reaction, capable of realising the automatic control of the temperature, gas-phase flow, liquid-phase flow, the reaction temperature can be realised to achieve the programmed control of the temperature rise (linear heating), the setting of the experimental temperature through the programmed temperature rise time and the holding time, together with the GC and other analytical instruments can be used to carry out on-line detection and analysis of the experimental products at different pressures and temperatures.
The system can be applied to catalyst evaluation, multi-channel fixed-bed reaction, high-throughput catalyst evaluation, laboratory reaction, fixed-bed, fluidised-bed, catalytic cracking test, coal chemical industry, hydrogenation and dehydrogenation test, distillation and suction-chip extraction, polymerisation, environmental protection, kettle reaction, Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, methanation, comprehensive utilisation of carbon dioxide, and pyrolysis of biomass.
High-temperature and high-pressure thermal catalytic evaluation system, the frame is made of industrial aluminium profile structure. The device includes: feeding system, constant pressure, steady flow system, preheating system, reaction system, product collection system, PLC control system. The system has three ways of gas-phase feeding and one way of liquid-phase feeding; the gas-phase materials and liquid-phase materials are preheated and gasified by preheating furnace and mixed uniformly, then enter into the reactor for reaction; the reaction products enter into the gas-liquid separator for separation after condensation by condenser, and the gas-phase products are emptied by the back-pressure valve or enter into the chromatography for analysis, and the liquid-phase products are deposited and stored in the bottom of the gas-liquid separator, and the needle valves or regulating valves are used to take samples or empty them according to the needs.
System Advantages
1) Pressure reduction system in the system, which can be directly connected with the reaction gas cylinder, the pipeline is equipped with proportional unloading valve, high precision pressure gauge and pressure sensor, all temperature control points and pressure monitoring points are equipped with over-temperature and over-pressure alarms, automatic interlocking protection.
2) Feeding system, when passing into different gases, the corresponding gas flow coefficients can be selected or entered in the flow coefficient table, so as to realise the diversity and accuracy of gas types.
3. Mezzanine temperature-controlled standard gas module, pressure-resistant tubes within the toluene, ethanol and other reaction liquids, pass into the reaction gas or inert gas into the module, the ppm level of the effective gas into the reactor, through the water bath circulating water machine to control the temperature of the module and thus control the concentration of the gas; thus greatly reducing the cost of the experiment, to solve the difficult problem of the expensive standard gas.
4) Constant pressure system, with low pressure and high pressure dual pressure system used, according to the experimental pressure to select the corresponding pressure system, to provide stable and accurate, stable experimental environment for the catalyst.
5. System control all adopts PLC software automation control, real-time monitoring of the reaction process, automated data processing, and provide a full set of experimental programmes. The screen adopts industrial control touch screen PLC, which can be used to change the programme at any time according to the demand.
