Main features

The working principle of this machine is that after the air passes through the filter and the heating device, it enters the hot air distributor at the top of the drying chamber, and the hot air passing through the hot air distributor enters the drying chamber evenly, rotates in a spiral shape, and sends the material liquid to the device at the same time. At the centrifugal spray head at the top of the drying chamber, the material liquid is sprayed into high-performance mist droplets, which greatly increases the surface area of the material liquid and hot air contact, and the moisture evaporates quickly, drying the finished product in a very short time. The coarser finished product is recovered by the collection cylinder at the bottom of the dryer, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the centrifugal fan.

3. Wide range of use. According to the physical properties of the material, it can be dried with hot air or molded with cold air.
