    Introduction

    TKZN-300  high purity nitrogen generator is made according to the principle of air separation by electrocatalytic method. Among them, the electrolysis cell is designed by using the inverse reaction of fuel cell. This instrument is mainly composed of electrolysis system, pressure control system, purification system and display system. Electrolysis nitrogen adopts the current advanced membrane separation technology, using high-quality stainless steel pool body, the amount of nitrogen generation is automatically adjusted according to the needs of the output to ensure the stability of the output flow rate and pressure, which can provide carrier gas for a variety of different types of chromatographs both at home and abroad, and the products are widely used in the fields of chemical industry, environmental protection, petroleum, papermaking, electric power, food, pharmaceuticals, scientific research and so on.

    1. Safety:

    ② On-demand gas production, automatic tracking adjustment, no need to adjust, accurate and reliable.
    ③ Digital display of nitrogen production makes it easy to observe the working status of the instrument and judge the fault.
    ④ Automatic emptying: the instrument has added an automatic emptying device, which eliminates the tediousness and misoperation of manual emptying to ensure automatic emptying for about 30 minutes after switching on the instrument.
    4. Structure:
    ① cylindrical electrolytic cell, electrolysis nitrogen production, oxygen removal, liquid storage integration, electrolytic cell using high-quality stainless steel structure and advanced electrolytic membrane separation technology, small size, light weight, strong rustproof and not easy to aging. The electrolyte is directly added into the inner cylinder, which is porous and evenly distributed, so that liquid intake and oxygen discharge are carried out at the same time, and there is no obstruction to the circulation. The electrolytic cell adopts the latest membrane separation technology, and the catalytic layer uses precious metal catalyst, which makes the electrolytic cell with strong catalytic ability, high efficiency, large gas production and high purity of nitrogen. The electrolytic cell has been subjected to more than 100 hours of high pressure and high current aging experiment before leaving the factory, which makes the performance and working condition of the electrolytic cell extremely stable.
    ② Replace the traditional acrylic plexiglass filter with polycarbonate filter, which greatly improves the impact resistance and makes the filter durable and prevents it from cracking and breaking.
    ③ Adopt the latest voltage and current stabilisation switching power supply to make the electrolysis power supply system stable and reliable.
    ④ Submerged electrolytic cell: The heat dissipation performance of the electrolytic cell is good when working, and there is no need for forced circulation. The electrolysis efficiency is high, and the inlet and outlet of the electrolysis cell are equipped with one-way valves, so that a pressure of 0.15MPa is guaranteed in the electrolysis cell under any circumstances. The phenomenon of over-liquid is fundamentally solved.
