Performance Study of Visual Photocatalytic Autoclave Reactor.

The performance research of visual photocatalytic high pressure reactor mainly includes the following aspects:

1. Performance parameter analysis
Pressure range: study the high and low pressures that the reactor can withstand, and the reaction effect under different pressure conditions.
Temperature range: analyse the working stability and catalytic efficiency of the reactor at different temperatures.
Light source: To explore the effect of different wavelengths and intensities of light sources on the photocatalytic reaction.
Reaction time: to evaluate the effect of reaction time on catalytic efficiency and product yield.

2. Evaluation of catalyst performance
Catalyst type: Compare the effects of different types of photocatalysts (e.g. TiO₂, ZnO, etc.).
Catalyst loading: To study the effect of catalyst loading on reaction rate and selectivity.
Catalyst stability: analyse the stability and reusability of the catalyst over a long reaction time.

3. Reaction Kinetics
Reaction rate: Determine the reaction rate constant and the number of reaction stages.
Conversion rate and selectivity: Evaluate the conversion rate of reactants and the selectivity of products.

4. Operating conditions
Light intensity and uniformity: Ensure uniform distribution of the light source to maximise the catalytic effect.
Mixing effect: Evaluate the effect of stirring effect of the reactor on the reaction process.

5.Safety
High Pressure Safety: Ensure the safety of the reactor under high pressure, including the effectiveness of the pressure overload protection device.
Light source safety: preventing harm to operators from light sources, e.g. protection from UV radiation.

6. Application areas
Environmental protection: such as sewage treatment, air purification, etc.
Energy field: such as photocatalytic water decomposition to produce hydrogen.
Chemical synthesis: e.g. photocatalytic application in organic synthesis reaction.

7.Data Analysis
Experimental data recording: Accurate recording of reaction conditions and results for analysis and optimisation.
Result validation: to verify the stability and reproducibility of the catalytic performance through comparison under different experimental conditions.
Through these studies, the design and operating conditions of the photocatalytic high-pressure reactor can be optimised to enhance its effectiveness and efficiency in practical applications.
