The glass dispenser is mainly used for liquid-liquid extraction, but can also be used for reactions at room temperature. It is a new type of product developed to meet the needs of the biopharmaceutical industry and its performance is better than other similar products. It can also be used for stirring reactions at room temperature. After the reaction the material can be discharged from the fully sealed discharge port at the bottom of the kettle. The whole system is closed and the machine is multi-purpose. It is the ideal pilot and production system for modern chemistry, fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals and new material synthesis.
Feature
1. All parts in contact with the material are made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and PTFE material, which is stable and not easy to react chemically with the material.
2. Frame type body, made of aluminium alloy + stainless steel.
3. Glass + PTFE discharge valve, no accumulation of liquid side discharge.
4. Low-speed force-boosting motor, electronic infinitely variable speed adjustment, fine adjustment by rotary twist, speed digital display.
5. Stirring system adopts ceramic bearing and mechanical seal to prevent the stirring rod from wearing off chips.
6. Crescent type stirring paddle, 304 stainless steel + PTFE stirring blade; stirring rod made of 304 stainless steel, PTFE tube covered.
7. Universal wheels with brakes at the bottom of the machine, can be moved as a whole, easy to operate.
8. Safety protection by fuse.
