Main Features
●This machine adopts the imported brand of Cisco compressor refrigeration, with stable
performance and rapid cooling, low cold trap temperature and strong water trapping ability.
●The large cold trap opening is made of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel to meet GLP
requirements; with pre-freezing of samples, there is no need for an ultra-low temperature
refrigerator or treatment with liquid nitrogen.
●Adopting 7" true colour LCD touch screen control system, easy and convenient to operate and
powerful as human-machine interface, Chinese (English) convertible interface, the system is
equipped with various sensors to display working time, cold trap temperature, sample temperature,
vacuum in the form of curves and figures, and to record drying curves and data;
●Industrial embedded operating system, fast operating response, large amount of stored data;
stored in EXCEL files, can store a large amount of measurement data, and configured USB
communication interface, experimental data U disk a key to extract, through the computer can
browse print data.
●The intelligent data logging system automatically saves lyophilisation data, continuously records
real-time data and generates tables that can be viewed as real-time and historical curves, making
the entire lyophilisation process clear and understandable.
●The vacuum pump start temperature can be preset, below the set temperature to start the vacuum
pump effective, to prevent a large amount of water vapour into the pump; extend the life of the
vacuum pump.
●With compressor secondary start time delay protection.
●The drying chamber is a colourless, transparent, once-in-one injection moulded poly-carbon
drying chamber, which is corrosion resistant, unbreakable, non-adhesive, highly transparent,Xi’an TaiKang Biotechnology Co.,Ltd
airtight, with clear and intuitive samples, allowing observation of the whole process of
freeze-drying.
●With cold trap electric heating defrost function, shortening the waiting time for secondary use.
●The vacuum pump is connected to the main unit using the international standard KF quick
coupling, which is simple and reliable.
●All stainless steel bleed and fill valve, safe, corrosion resistant and leak free.
●User passwords can be set and the operation can be managed with separate permissions.
