It adopts LCD touch screen control interface, the equipment operating parameters are clear at a glance. All the operating parameters can be configured through the touch screen user interface, fully automated operation.
The set of experimental equipment built-in a variety of high-precision sensors, real-time monitoring of the temperature and pressure data of each section of the reactor, the main pipeline flow data. Equipped with the newly developed fluidised bed control system, it can realise the automatic control of all operating parameters of the fluidised bed, and the corresponding operation can be triggered automatically by the sensor data.
The reactor can carry out segmented linear temperature control and high-precision long-time constant temperature operation, equipped with an independent fault detection system, independent measurement and control of the temperature and pressure at key points, exceeding the threshold value of the automatic alarm and take corresponding measures to deal with, with high reliability.
This set of equipment adopts high-strength integrated stainless steel frame, high-quality stainless steel operating panel, sturdy and durable.
