High Pressure H2 Hydrogen Generator for Fid/Gc
Ⅰ. Usage overview:
TK series high pressure hydrogen generator is a compact high pressure hydrogen generator, adopting PEM electrolysis water hydrogen production technology, directly electrolysis of ultrapure water, no need for booster pump, after multi-stage drying, to get high pressure high purity hydrogen gas. The generator is built-in parallel dual electrical system, the system operates independently to ensure the safety of equipment operation.
Ⅱ. Main features:
1. Electrolysis of water to produce hydrogen, on-demand production, hydrogen purity of 99.999%.
2. Maximum 10 MPa working pressure, replacing the laboratory high-pressure hydrogen cylinder.
3. According to the use of the need to set the upper pressure limit value, to extend the service life of the electrolytic cell
4. Non-contact high sensitivity liquid level detection, to achieve water shortage alarm, to avoid damage to the electrolytic cell due to low water level.
5. Built-in high sensitivity hydrogen sensor, if hydrogen leakage, the software prompts and beeps the alarm.
