Magnetic high pressure reactor is a kind of laboratory equipment widely used in the field of chemistry, pharmacy and material science. It combines the features of magnetic stirring technology and high pressure vessel, and has many advantages and application values.
When using the magnetic high pressure reactor, the following matters need to be noted:
1. Prohibit rapid cooling and heating to prevent the kettle body from cracks caused by excessive temperature stress. After the operation, it can be cooled by water (exothermic reaction) or air cooling.
2. Prohibit the use of excessive force to tighten the valve needle to avoid damage to the sealing surface.
3. Cool down first, then release the high pressure gas in the kettle, so that the pressure is reduced to atmospheric pressure, and then loosen the bolts symmetrically and equally. Pay special attention to protect the sealing surface in the process of removing the cover.
4. After each operation, the residues on the kettle body and kettle cover should be cleared, and all sealing surfaces on the autoclave should be cleaned frequently.
5. When installing the lid of magnetic reactor for laboratory use, the sealing surface between reactor body and lid should be prevented from knocking each other. Put the reactor kettle cover on the kettle body carefully according to the fixed position, when tightening the main nut, it must be tightened gradually according to the diagonal and symmetry for many times.
6. Before each use of magnetic high-pressure reactor, kettle body, kettle cover should be checked whether it is intact, whether the bolt is tight. If there is any damage, it should be repaired in time.
7. If other abnormalities are found in the process of use, it should be stopped immediately and checked and troubleshooting should be done in time.
8. Strictly follow the operating procedures to ensure safety.
