The inner container of the double-layer glass reactor is placed with the reaction material, and at the same time, it can be vacuumized and stirred at a speed. It is used for experiment, pilot test and production in chemistry, fine chemical industry, biopharmaceutical new material synthesis, etc. The product can be combined with circulating water-type multi-purpose vacuum pump, diaphragm vacuum pump, low temperature circulating (vacuum) pump, circulating cooler, constant temperature circulator, low temperature cooling liquid circulating pump, closed refrigeration heating circulating device, etc. to form a system device.
Feature
1. The glass components are all high borosilicate glass 3.3, with excellent physical and chemical properties.
2. It can be used in the range of high temperature (200ºC) to low temperature (-80ºC).
3. It can work under the pressure of -0.1 MPa ~ 0.0 MPa.
4. The inlet and outlet of the jacket are connected with stainless steel thermal insulation hoses to eliminate the stress of the inlet and outlet.
5. Anti-corrosion discharge valve with no effusion side discharge design.
6. The main frame material is SUS304, which has strong corrosion resistance, and the lockable caster structure facilitates the movement and positioning of the equipment.
7. Three-phase asynchronous stirring motor, frequency conversion speed regulation, digital display stirring speed.
8. The stirring bearing prevents the stirring rod from being worn and chipped, with good sealing effect and long service life.
9. Using Pt100 temperature sensor, high temperature control accuracy, SUS304 material, outer PTFE tube, double anti-corrosion.
