The circulating oil bath is designed and produced in an all stainless steel casing as a circulating, thermostatic heating device with a compact and reasonable structure, safe and convenient to use, precise temperature control, controllable output flow and energy saving. It can be conveniently used to provide circulating constant temperature heat source for single and double reactors/jacketed reactors/rotary evaporators/glass reactors/vacuum reactors and other laboratory equipment, and also for other devices and occasions where circulating constant temperature heating needs to be applied.

1.High temperature circulating oil bath / bath This product uses sanitary stainless steel plate material for the inner liner. The shell is made of high quality cold plate electrostatic spraying. The electric heater is placed in the centre of the bottom of the pot, which has the advantages of fast heating, high thermal efficiency, low power consumption and no leakage of safety. The outer shell of the oil bath and the inner wall are filled with heat insulation cotton, which provides excellent heat preservation.
2.The high temperature circulating oil bath is equipped with a high efficiency heat dissipation pump, which guarantees the continuity of the instrument. The pump head is made of high temperature resistant insulating material, the pump core adopts high temperature bearings, fluorine rubber oil seal, anti-corrosion and high temperature resistance, and the cast copper valve is used for oil outlet and inlet. The bottom of the machine is fitted with universal ground angle wheels, which is convenient to use.
3.The temperature control system of the high temperature circulating oil bath/bath is improved by us, no matter it is digital display or table display, silicon controlled (below 3KW) or solid state relay (above 3KW) is added as the heating control kernel of the machine, silicon controlled principle relies on the weak electric signal of the instrument to regulate the voltage and temperature control. Solid-state relays rely on the micro-voltage signal of the instrument to switch on and off, thus realizing the control of the output of the heater.
4.The temperature sensing part of the high temperature circulating oil bath/bath instrument uses K-type armoured platinum resistance, and the envelope uses a purple copper tube coating process for fast thermal conductivity. The platinum resistance sensor is a high-end temperature measurement product with the characteristics of small resistance value and high accuracy.
